We take pride in being a forward thinking Independent Speech and Language Therapy practice who are looking to expand our team with like minded individuals. We provide SLT services across the Midlands and internationally via in-person and teletherapy services and also provide training services which include Makaton and Swallowing Awareness L2. As an Independent Speech and Language Therapy company, we are empowered to provide the most effective innovative therapy approaches and solutions for our clients, who often have complex and diverse needs.
Opportunities working with us
A Speech and Language Therapy Assistant
This is a varied role supporting our team of speech and language therapists and day-to-day business administration processes.
- Previous SALTA experience is desirable but not essential
- Good written and verbal communication skills are required
- Good organisation, interpersonal and administration skills are required
An Adult Caseload Speech and Language Therapist
Your caseload will be very varied but will include working with adults with an acquired brain injury in community rehabilitation settings. There can also be opportunities to work with children and young people.
Postgraduate dysphagia training is desirable but not essential.
A Paediatric and Special Schools Caseload Speech and Language Therapist
Your caseload will be very varied but will include working with children with a variety of needs. There can also be opportunities to work with older children and adults.
Postgraduate dysphagia training is desirable but not essential.
We offer :
- Flexible working hours, these posts are available on a full or part time basis
- We are happy to consider a newly qualified therapist for the speech and language therapy positions. We offer expertise in supporting NQP’s in independent practice and provide one to one, peer and group supervision opportunities
- We offer a permanent employment contract with sick pay, maternity/paternity pay, pension, private healthcare
You will be working as part of an experienced and friendly team of skilled therapists, assistants and admin staff and will be based at our offices in DE12 7AJ. Your own car and driving licence are essential, as is a willingness to travel to see clients across the Midlands and beyond. As well as flexible working hours we also offer a pension and healthcare scheme, access to our large resource library and supervision. In addition we actively support paid CPD time and funded opportunities to access external CPD.
The successful applicants will be keen to develop their skills across a varied caseload and have a desire to provide the best outcomes for our clients. You will have an understanding that communication means more than just speech and language and have confidence to find solutions that are not always “in the box.”

You provide :

- Satisfactory DBS check
- RCSLT and HCPC registration (speech and language therapists)

- Enthusiasm to help our clients and all those who interact with them
- Desire to provide the best outcomes to our clients
- Understanding that communication means more than just speech and language
- Confidence that the solution isn’t always “in the box”
